Development of public building:

Considering sustainability aspects, the building will include an atrium to control internal air condition, eco shafts to create negative air pressure - drawing cooler air through the building and green walls as an additional natural ventilation system.

The glazing in the exhibition space is north facing - ideal for constant natural light when presenting work and portfolios, the glazing will be "Velfac" triple glazed Low-E coated.

All buildings on site will also include a thermal labyrinth to contribute to the reduction of carbon consumption.
