Mezzanine Floor Introduction

Development the 3D model in a constructional phases, I quickly realised that the space above my ground floor within the undulations of the roof structure consisted of large volumes appropriate for first floor accommodation:

Utilising the abundance of space within the entrance lobby, I plan to introduce a "grand staircase" to allow access to the upper floors - due to the layout the the proposal, there will be 2 mezzanines levels (one for each wing). Open plan layout and lofty roof spaces create a perfect environment for collaborative learning and research.
